Delete your AutoLoga account

Delete it yourself, in the app or on the website

1. Sign in to AutoLoga (the app, or autologa.com).
2. Open Account and scroll to Delete account (workshops: Workshop profile → Delete account).
3. Type DELETE, enter your password and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. We send no email when you do this.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-in details and settings.
• Vehicles, service and maintenance records, invoices and photos you uploaded, expenses and fuel entries.
• Logbook trips, bookings, workshop links, invites and family-sharing memberships.
• Loga Mate chats and AI usage records.
• Stored files (photos and invoice images) are removed from our storage.

What is kept

• Anonymised repair-price figures (category, price, month, general area, car make/model/year range). They contain no name, contact details, registration number or invoice number and cannot be linked back to you.
• Records a workshop holds about work it did for you stay with that workshop; AutoLoga does not control them.

Can't sign in?

Email support@autologa.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my AutoLoga account”. We'll verify it's you and delete the account.
